This was the first song my Pandora Mix played this morning on my way to work and I like i! played it over and over till i got to work (25 mins) lots of play time huh and yup i played it a few more times through out my day - I like the messages and the beat as well - For me my introspection of this song is basically "KEEP GOING NO MATTER WHAT LIFE THROWS AT YOU" - its has lots of very positive messages and its very refreshing  to hear on a hip hop songs - SO check it out!!! KEEP ON GOING!!

Boredom hits!

Sometimes boredom can be fun and creative - I was bored one evening - I've pretty much had done one of my weekday routine on a work week - Work dinner Xbox relax blah blah blah you get the idea - but out of the time i was bored i made a video to kill or past my boredom and it did - hehehe - anyway check out the video!!

Let me ask you this when is the last time you have really scream? 

Scream like your taking a deep deep breath then holding it for a second 

then releasing all you might and just let it rip!!!
AHHHHHHHHHHHHHH!!! 

Sometime its really good to do it when your having a bad day and/or a good! 

I've done it a few times in my car while i'm driving on the freeway going 80 mph and yup window down!
AHHHHHHHHH!!! 

So try it just for the heck of it!!
