P90X - SORE!! 10/10


Ooh!! Aah!! OUCH!! 
Ok yeah i feel like that duck on above picture 
DAY 1 WOW!!
next soreness: 8/10
DAY 2 WOW!!
today soreness: 10/10
I'm still sore from my day 1's work out!
I guess when they say your body is going to feel like it's been 
"RUN OVER BY A TRUCK" 
they aint lying!!!
Woke up this morning and i CAN FEEL IT!!!
Muscle that hasn't been or i didn't even know existed HURT!! 
I'm on my 1st week - 3rd day that means today I'll be doing 
03 > SHOULDERS & AMRS later today!
a TIP please read the "Fitness Guide" before starting this program!!
as Tony always says 
"DO YOUR BEST AND FORGET THE REST"
and yeah I can see the diff on my body beside being SORE - 
I can't wait to post my 1st day to my 30th day!! 
YAY!!!
Ooh!! Aah!! OUCH!! 
(in my head - soreness is GOOD soreness is GOOD - I LOVE you soreness your my new BEST FRIEND!! It's ALL GOING TO PAY OFF SOON)
